The short version. If ReelEditor isn’t for you, ask within 7 days of a payment and you get that payment back. You can also try it free for 3 days first, with no card, and cancel your subscription any time.
7-day refund policy
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of a payment, for any reason. This applies to your first payment and to each yearly renewal, so a renewal you forgot about never costs you anything.
How to ask
Email support@reeleditor.ai from the address you bought with, and include your order number or receipt. We usually answer within two business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and usually appear in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
What happens to your subscription and licence
When we refund a payment, we also cancel the subscription it paid for, so you are not charged again, and its licence key stops working for making new edits (the app notices within a few days). Videos you already made are yours to keep, and ReelEditor still opens to watch, export and send them.
Cancelling instead
You don’t need a refund to stop paying: cancel any time from the link in your receipt email (Lemon Squeezy’s customer portal), or from ReelEditor → Licence → Manage subscription. It keeps working until the end of the year you paid for.
What isn’t covered
ReelEditor needs your own Claude account or an Anthropic API key. Those are billed by Anthropic and aren’t covered by our refunds. Taxes are refunded together with the purchase.
